To Begin:
Iron freezer paper, shiny side down, onto the pattern sheet. This will prevent slippage.
Trace all templates onto the freezer paper. Cut out with paper scissors. Cut out templates being sure to cut off the lines especially on the fingers so Summer Flingyou will have room to sew the seams. Iron the templates onto the fabric and sew as directed for each body part instruction.
NOTE: Do not use your fabric scissors for paper, especially freezer paper because it dulls them really fast.

Head:
Iron the pattern templates onto the doubled fabric, shiny side down. Use the smooth or nap side of the fabric for right side of your doll, it’s your choice.
Cut loosely around the pieces leaving lots of extra fabric, you will clean up after you have stitched the seams. Stitch along the center back and center front of the head template pieces. Cut out leaving a 1⁄4” seam allowance on the center seams and cut right along the outer edge of the templates. Before removing the freezer paper you can draw the eyes on the wrong side of the fabric using a marker, it will barely show through the fabric, but will give you a placement for the eyes.
